What is the meaning of "Deserve"?
According to Dictionary.com (a Worldly resource worthy of daily use), the word "deserve" means: to merit, be qualified for, or have a claim to (reward, assistance, punishment, etc.). Because it has been learned that one must remain positive, we do not accept the word "punishment" because it has a negative connotation to one's Higher Insight and Understanding.
The word has two parts. which are the prefix and root word. "De" is the prefix, and means: from; of (used in French, Spanish, and Portuguese personal names, originally to indicate place of origin):
Here I will pause, because of an event that has just occurred. I was outside, and could hear my dogs barking, loudly from inside the house. I went inside to see in physical matter reality, the form of an etheric man, making the classic scary-sounding "Ohhhhhh." His position, and mine, as well as the fact that I was alone, were geometric movements and no longer thoughts. I watched as I spoke out my partners name. It was silent, as he was out working, and not on the property. And, the dogs kept looking down the hall.
The Importance of Remembering
The form moved down the hall, which was not in alignment with my sight. So, I slowly opened up all of the doors from hallway to back bath, in an attempt to calm my mind. This transformed into my body relocating outside of the house, and into the cold. I thought, "What do I have to fear, if I understand that the earliest of encounter with this level of Higher Understanding, will be in the form of the kindest of memory reproduction the Higher Self could pull from my unconscious construct?
You see, in waking reality, one relies on his five senses, and many individuals do not look within for Higher Insight - one is in survival mode, and he exercizes negative-mechanisms-of-conceptual-lack, severing his own connection to these Higher Things. To Love, the concept of "I", must change, and be a reproducible form that is actually seein within the mind. I suppose now, I realize the search within, and the search without, are beginning to manifest in ways previously misunderstood to the World. And, it is Halloween...
I recall in conversation, and through my learning, that many around the World believe there is an Awakening afoot. There are many doom-and-gloom naysayers amongst the throngs watching, but the kindest perspective is Love.
This is Real
Once realized, Love is the Higher guiding force found within oneself, when he sits and looks at Higher Things.
I suppose this was a visit from these others I have been going on about. This is the Reality of the Arrival of our spiritual brothers and sisters into our hearts. I am in pursuit of sharing this Understanding of Conceptual Relationships that form when meeting His own Higher Mind.
Relax. Do something that is from the place within yourself that is the most fulfilling conceptualization of yourself. Then, give thanks for that. Find peace in that. Follow that. The thread of ideas is a silk that is of an interwoven design, and when one pulls it, he becomes greater than what he was before. Live love, in Every Moment of Now.
In Higher Service
According to my favorite dictionary for everyday use, Dictionary.com, "service" means to make fit for use; repair; restore to condition for service. The Ultimate Service is to the Highest Conceptual Self one may Imagine. This is the key: find various ways to be alone in silence and go within oneself in meditation. See the Read and Learn page on this site, if you are interested. I understand it is a bit "colorful" on first read, but if one can set his ego aside, and consider his Highest Excitement for a single moment of now, he will feel the pull of the energy that this book - To Originate - is all about.
To originate, is to understand that their are multilayered perspectives within oneself, actual places from within, which one may observe and utilize as mechanisms, to understand his Whole Reality. To look upon a consideration in the peaceful bliss found within the one-pointed focus of the mind, is the beginning of energies from Higher Places within, and is the beginning of Higher Understanding of the Whole Self.
To Serve one's Highest Self
To eliminate one's doubt, as to the reality of perceived events within physical reality, the concept of fear must be overcome. As it has been established within this notebook, the orientation of this portion of the Universe, is of a coherent design that is symbolized in the idea of Yin & Yang. That is, a balance between two opposites with a portion of the opposite element in each section (Dictionary.com). This twin nature of the Universe, is echoed in our experience, and when the unexpected arises, such as the event above, one's Whole Reality is seemingly challenged.
There is challenge in existence, and this is the point. Higher Understanding revolves at this level of intuition within oneself, and in physical-matter-reality, with positive and negative energies that are a part of the fabric of existence. When the ego-self is challenged, it must learn to adapt. To do this, one makes the search for Greater Understanding of the Whole Self the most worthy of pursuits: meditation. What is discovered within this state, is central to understanding the Center Within. This is seen through kindness to self.
One begins in service to the Highest Self, not on his knees (although this is an option), but in this moment - now. Within now, one is able to stop time and be one-pointed in his focus, and through this, he sees beyond himself to the bliss that is the Sky-of-his-Whole-Mind. This too, is a place within oneself, an energy platform that one can visualize through the imagination.
To be continued...
According to the Modern Western Dictionary online, Dictionary.com, intuition is defined as a noun (a person, place, thing, or idea), and means "direct perception of truth, fact, etc., independent of any reasoning process; immediate apprehension." We do not accept apprehension as a part of our Higher Definition, as it means "acceptance of or receptivity to information without passing judgment on its validity (positive, but), often without complete comprehension (Impossible). Because this is the Modern Western Dictionary that we are beginning our search, one must accept the instruction, through definition, and know that its mechanisms of thought, reflect a culture Uninformed to Higher Insight. This is the platform upon, that we begin. It, is a reflection of the most natural state of the unenlightened beginning. It, is the way out of the amnesia that has blessed you with experience.
Intuition cannot be touched, it is a place (this is established within the self within meditation, as an actual location. This is a pursuit that must be followed, to know one's intuitive definitions of self. Once this is defined, the path becomes the Higher Location within oneself. Is it a thing? which is also defined as ,"Some entity, object, or creature that is not, or cannot be specifically designated or precisely described (Dictionary.com). Once realized, It is also the Idea, the location becomes physically, and meditatively Real. This is a meeting place of One within oneself, and the egoic mind watches fondly from afar. Whole Self has been Realized and is Present, and we see the World awakening through it.
Creative Manifestation of Higher Insight
Note: The author included “Preface” and “Introduction,” as this writing was perceived and recognized as a “Perception from Beyond Herself.” The author was so moved at the thought, “Is It a Thing?,” and what is realized in the wordplay, associating “Intuition” with the idea of being a “thing,” that it is now known it is also the personification of “Intuition” as an “other” entity within herself.
It is in the creative manifestation of Higher Insight in writing and in art, that the Real World of Higher Love shines within one’s life. This is a powerful state-of-being that sees beyond the “average state of man.”
The point of parsing reality, within one's inner realm, is to experience freedom. What I mean, is that without understanding all inner and outer structures of one's Whole Self - understanding really, the make-up of one's own mind - how can one be Truly Free? There is freedom in enlightenment of the mind: all epiphanies and synchronicities are gifts arriving from a more meaningful location and Higher place.
Choose to Fail or Succeed
Synchronous information comes in packages that have various hues of spiritual instruction, or so it seems. The illusion is that one thinks he's got it figured out, when in reality, it is The Higher Mind/God that has blessed him with the opportunity to choose to fail or succeed through the examination of synchronous events.
Maintain a Positive Perspective
Through failures we see ourselves seemingly beat. One can be devastated by moments of grief, for example, as a result of the death of a loved one. Or, a choice could be made to cultivate these moments that seem a hindrance, by literally loving oneself first. I do not mean that 'selfishness' is the recourse, but instead suggest staying positive as best one is able (striving for always). The Highest decision is to always feel love first within oneself, for oneself, and then one is strengthened for the path.
Begin with Simple Kindness
These can be acts of private kindness toward oneself, as though you are giving a loved one care. Some may find it difficult to muster "love," so by beginning with simple kindness toward oneself, and observing this act in gratitude, acceleration away from the perceived weight-within-self occurs. This is the simplest reflective mechanism that is worthy of consideration to include in all things.
Growth Toward God
The Parable of the Sower (Matthew 13: 1-9, 18-23), is a story that allegorically speaks of growth toward God. It orients the reader to perceive his own mind as worthy of tilling, and metaphysically, this translates and begins with kindness toward oneself. Further, an allegory is a work of art, that can reveal a hidden meaning, usually of moral importance. By applying allegory, theological, as well as metaphysical aspects of self are abstracted in such a way, as to speak to-and-through the outer egoic self.
Overall, freedom within oneself is a point. This is literally achieved through the use of one-pointed focus within the meditative mind. Further, positivity, as well as kindness-to-self, are accelerants for spiritual growth. Lastly, by observing the seemingly "hidden" meanings and messages within life, through synchronicities and epiphanies, one's Highest Path and preferences are revealed.
Beautiful People and Dual Placement of Consciousness: The Meditative Deconstruction of Music Experience; it is a resource for reflection and growth of one's understanding of Higher Self
There is a song that I have been listening to while drawing. The experience of this particular song is enjoyed in more than just the beat and the tune. Its meaning is poignant to my understanding of self, as I listen to the song from a perspective of One. What I mean is that the song is called "Beautiful People," by Ed Sheeran, and it is about the dysfunction of identity within a materialistic, ego-centric society. Further, while listening, I strike a meditative state, and understand the song as the experience of dual-placement of consciousness. As the words progress, one notes that the singer's greatest fear is to become a "beautiful" person. Modern Day society has engendered an incorrect assumption that material wealth creates a beautiful life. The singer's point, for myself, is the reflective aspect of this work.
With the song experienced by the meditative mind, and placement of self is in position to own the words, one understands that the song is for the Whole Conceptual Self, as well as from the self. He states, "This is my only fear - that we become - beautiful people!" And, then continues his description of almost super-star experiences of the material.
Ultimately, the song, when experienced as a poem from the self, to the Self, this dual-placement of consciousness may further inform one, and assists him to see his position in relation to Higher Insight.
If we do not love our Whole Self, and know that we are part of the One-that-is-the-Center of All Things, we cannot assist our spiritual brothers and sisters on their Higher Path.
All of Me
This song is by John Legend. Again, by experiencing the work in dual-placement of consciousness, we understand the Great Love one may experience for Himself. This is a description of the complete devotion of self to Self, and strengthens and furthers one's understanding of Ultimate Love.
One realizes the Higher Point of Listening: His Grace is all-consuming. The singer states,
"...my heads under water, but I'm breathing fine. You're crazy, and I'm out of my mind.
Because all of me, loves all of you. Love your curves and all your edges, all your perfect imperfections.
Give your all to me, I'll give my all to you. You're my end and my beginning, even when I lose I'm winning."
And as one listens, the experience is the geometric formation of energies within self, that quiets the ego, and is reflective of physical experiences, but exalts one through reflection within dual-placement of himself, to a Higher State.
Love is always the goal. If one looks closely with both his heart and mind, he will understand this Higher Truth.
It has come to my attention that this word, "paranormal," must be examined for its worth.
There is structure in everything, all the way up to God, so by deconstructing a thing, all of its parts may be seen for what they truly are, and their usefulness is re-established. This is also the process for belief deconstruction, and then restructuring, which is modeled here.
The first step to enlightenment - Ask a question. Example - What do the parts of this word really mean?
I am reminded that the ego-conscious part of the mind does not know what is best, but it may be used to interpret with language. Also, to know one's Higher Self, examination must include all parts, internal and external, through the examination of one's beliefs. Lastly, the Whole Consciousness is the paradoxical expanse within oneself, which is simultaneously the Singular One, seen reflectively within meditation, and realized as the Highest Divine Inner State. This is the lovely beyond-within-the-mind, that is realized once meditation is employed.
What is "normal" in relation to this?
Examination of the Evidence
What is "Normal"?
By using the etiology of a word and its parts, which is the use of the science of finding causes and origins, one’s examination is fueled. According to Dictionary.com, the word "normal," used as a noun (a person, place, thing or idea) means something is "the usual, average, or typical state or condition" (n.p.), and when one views this from the Realized Higher Spiritual Perspective (the Higher Positive Belief system construct of the One), the idea of what is "normal,” as defined in the Modern Western dictionary, is the definition of the unenlightened mind.
What I mean is that this is literally a description of the outer ego-self, which is an "average” protective mechanism of the mind, and functions on “conforming” behavior," by definition, and this is an unenlightened state of awareness as a result. Overall, it is a limiting definition of "self-conceptualization,” to be normal; it has been formed in such a way in Modern Western societies such as this. Conclusion: Normal is the unenlightened part of one’s Whole Self. (Remember, the non-spiritual conceptualization of life, is what is “usual,” so the non-spiritual is “normal” by definition).
What does "para" mean?
According to Medicine.net, Para- is a prefix with many meanings: including, alongside of, beside, near, resembling, beyond, apart from, and abnormal. For example, the parathyroid glands are called "para-thyroid" because they are adjacent to the thyroid. Further, paraumbilical means alongside the umbilicus (the belly button). One may also think of parachute, wherein the meaning is a metaphor for the man that is the body, and the chute that is his saving grace (his Higher spiritual self).
Conclusions: Para is a prefix, or “what comes before” a root word. I now select the following meanings as positive fulfillment of this word’s new meaning of my Highest Self, and it now becomes the reconstructed form of the word that I truly believe makes sense to the “Whole Me” (one must always remain positive): including, alongside of, beside, near, resembling, beyond. I will not include “apart from” or “abnormal” in the restructuring of this definition, as they contain a negative orientation in Higher Perception of reality.
Putting it all together
When the prefix and the suffix parts are joined together, and we understand their true meanings in a positive state, a geometric relationship between their connection that forms the new word - paranormal - is echoed in one's mind. In the Modern World of today, wherein the grasping, ego-self often appears to prevail in media and the news, the outer mind (the ego-self) is not subjugated, as this notebook has examined must occur, to know Higher Information. We realize the disconnectedness this word is symbolic of, and although it is not my preference, personally to use it, many unenlightend individuals that are at the "interested" stage of knowing God, are attracted to its seeming mystery. The point is that if there is anything mysterious about the spiritual, this is an indication of the level of insight that the mind is able to employ to enlighten itself. It is a description in the moment of now to oneself, of his own distance from Higher Self. Ultimately, what we see in the word “paranormal” is “beyond the limitations of man’s average state.”
When one limits his mind and tricks himself, by listening only to his past, outmoded belief system, he will remain unenlightened to the now, and the Higher Freedom that has been alongside him - all along - will not be realized. Beliefs must be deconstructed and examined, and definitions must be restructured to a positive state.
Ultimately, we can conclude that this word is used to attract the "uninformed" in our Modern World, and to truly understand it, one must understand that he is typical, with the option of enlightenment, as to what can be seen beyond (para) through the meditative mind. Paranormal is a description of the search of Higher Things that are seemingly still beyond the seeker’s lower ego, or normal state.
By looking within oneself, and through examination of beliefs and their definitions, and our own conformity to and use of them, we know what is normal, and this is the state of the uninformed egoic mind. The Modern World's definition of paranormal, we find, is a description of man’s search for God within himself. It is the unenlightened man's description, and this is the connection that restructures the word, and was our purpose. Also, its use is of positive value and worth, as whomever uses it understands they do so to attract and assist the unenlightened, average mind to find its way to Higher Understanding. Ultimately, the use of the word paranormal is a beacon to the unenlightened mind, and can act in our Modern restructuring of the word as a call to our brothers and sisters to awaken and look at everything he or she is excited about; it is used in order to raise his or her awareness of one's true location, in relation to God.
By the use of "paranormal" in one's vocabulary, it is a part of the description of the purpose of this life, which is to find the "Higher Part" (God), that is beyond the ego-self, thus helping him along his Higher Path. To identify the Higher Part that resembles him, is the pursuit of those (whether they know it or not) who use this word. Also, the Modern World has subjugated what is natural, which is the spiritual part of oneself. Overall, to be something that is described as “paranormal,” is to say it is a beacon for weary travelers of sorts. If in one’s spiritual pursuit, he finds himself looking at it, it simply means God is beyond the ego-self, or the limiting definition of who one is.
The Watchers and The Underdog
There is an individual named Seth that was just brought to my mind. I see him inside of meditation quite frequently - he is the fellow that watches from behind the larger groups I perceive within meditation. I know him because of his hooded garb, and his eyes are each a point of light, that is realized as a power of sight so deep, the observer "I" knows she is in the presence of God's Watchers.
It occurs to me that Semantics is present, and that "God's Watchers" means "Angels."
As a teacher, I was always drawn to the underdog. This was the kid that wanted to watch and not participate with the larger group, for a reason unshared. They did not seem to know themselves, or why they must persist to exist in this quirksome position of watcher. These individual character types are very worthy of note, as their outer projection is an illusion stacked upon greatness that is building. The other students all had worthy paths I could perceive, but it is the underdog - the perceived 'loser' in one's social setting, that I believe has the most potential to realize greater things in his spiritual life - at least that is how my perceptual abilities at that time informed me.
As I moved from high school level teaching, to the college, and then the middle school levels, there were always these types present in my classroom. I enjoyed their epiphany moments in learning, and observed the unfoldment of what appeared to be their reception of a benefit beyond the classroom content - their Spirit changed. These things are sensed within oneself, and it is worthy to note that the greatest realization is in the silent moment of observation of a thing.
You see, it is in the silence of the individual, in his looking and watching, that he awakens and may find himself, and when this happens he is truly "saved." I did not understand before, what Christians meant when they used this term - it felt scary and harsh, as well as absurdly inappropriate for my spiritual-perceptual-visual abilities to see beyond. I thought then, "If one is to be "saved," who is it he is saved from?" Instead, the word "saved," although appropriate at its core, is referencing spiritual awareness, and one's interest in spiritual things. Ultimately, this quirksome individual in the corner of the room, that is watching, but does not understand his current state, is the one that will most likely find himself, and then he will know True Grace.
As I watch the watcher watch me, I see beyond the sky of my mind, and in that shining moment, I know True Love Divine.
What is my purpose? I see that there is More.
There is no separation from Spiritual Reality
Meditation leads to psychic abilities through the Spirit within oneself, which is Christ-Consciousness. What I am calling "psychic" abilities, are the perceived synchronicities and epiphanies of the mind, experienced in physical reality. Further, the distance of one's conscious mind from physical reality, in identity of self, and through meditation, determines one's realization of this communication from this Higher Place. The synchronicities and epiphanies in life are specific directions to each of us, and point to the path one should proceed upon. This will manifest as the path-of-least resistance, of going-with-the-flow, and be imbued with the Highest Excitement of the individual. It will also be the path of experience that will assist the consciousness in deconstruction of outmoded and unuseful belief systems. For example, because it is known that reality is neutral, we may use it as a reflective mechanism to deconstruct beliefs.
One sees that what he perceives as his spiritual brother, is only himself, and is able to, through this continued belief deconstruction, and through meditation, experience the paradox of the state-of-mind, wherein it is a sky of emptiness that is filled. This invisible spiritual matter that is realized as the filling aspect, in what seems a state of peaceful bliss, or nothingness, is the Presence of Higher Spiritual Reality, or God.
Through the realization of the Presence of God, and through explorations of the spiritual landscape perceived within oneself in meditation - that materialize within this paradoxical state of emptiness that is full - His Presence further transforms into a visual perceptual field that is a Circle of Knowledge within. Many have called this the "Spiritual Eye," or third eye development. The experience is the path of exaltation so High, that it is realized one is more than his physical body, and reality unfolds through His Grace. The result is that God is perceived as others within oneself. God has characterized Himself, within the meditative mind, through perceived individuals that are also His Creation. Their forms are electric, ethereal, and one's understanding of their existence is communicated to the observer "I" that remains within the experiencer, as being the same as his own. Ultimately, we realize we are an eternal being, and that God is communicating to us through these "others" that appear as manifestations within the mind. This is a triple placement of consciousness - an awareness that We are Him, and simultaneously ourselves, as well as these others that materialize within the mind: these others are manifestations of the state of no separation from Spiritual Reality.
Communications from within the meditative state are perceived as a learning platform
Because one is more than his physical body, and with the desire to expand beyond the limitations of ego-self, the communication from within, from these others, can be realized as a learning mechanism - a learning platform. This is what I have done.
When one's focus is the breath, and this has been established here, as a transforming key to enable access to, through, and beyond the unconscious and superconscious constructs of the mind. The Higher location attained through one-pointed focus upon the breath, transforms awareness of self from an outer to an inner, fuller self-conceptualization: one sees himself as one with God within.
Now is the Time to Notice we are a part of a Team
This slowing of time to the now, is a moment that has slowed to such an extent, that one realizes Higher Things. We move beyond the perceived space-time continuum, and realize we are a time-traveler, and may see beyond self to Eternity. One has literally "lost track of time," and this paradoxical state of being is the ultimate realization - that this slowing of time is the experience of the the Highest Excitement one can know. One may not realize at first that this is the experience of the Presence of God within himself, but synchronicities and epiphanies provide communication from this Highest of Beings, as assurance that the path he is on is the correct maneuver of the self's focus.
If you remember a moment so grand, wherein time has slowed - you hit the ball out of the park metaphorically, and "forgot" about ego-need - only experiencing the moment as the blessing of the Higher Pursuit, it is realized you have not just experienced it, but unconsciously practiced an actual skill of dimensional travel. One has accessed and practiced unconsciously, a part of self that is a mirror, and beliefs are suddenly heavier - it is realized beliefs must be deconstructed to a positive state, and all negativity has been ejected. Further, this is a state that might not be realized as being transformative, but it is. When time has slowed to such an extent that one's conscious awareness does not "clock its existence," the experience is psychic, or spiritual. One sees the excellence in the moment that was worthy of his one-pointed focus, which in this case was a metamorphosis of awareness that is natural and neutral, and understands this is the definition of epiphany, and communication from God within Himself.
Through one-pointed focus within meditation, one may re-create the magic of the earlier, "unintentional" slowing of time. One's conceptualizations of reality within the mind shift, crumble or dissipate, depending on the positive orientation of the belief system of the individual so inclined. One sees that these perceived "others" within, are expressions of our spiritual brothers and sisters, who are attempting to communicate and guide us. One realizes he is a part of a "team," and that he is never alone.
There is no better kindling for the rebellion of "self," than subjugation of these things in one's understanding. Life seems worse when you disempower any part of the perceived "self," by engendering negative belief systems. Instead, by loving yourself enough to devote time to realizing who you really are, and knowing one's spiritual brothers and sisters are "alive and well," appearing as spiritual projections of God within self, one ends up loving himself more than he could earlier comprehend, and reality is improved through knowing this Higher Information, the Source of All Things.
What we ultimately learn, is that the inner spiritual compass is enlivened and expanded, and inner and outer peace and joy are the result. True reality - one that is the realization of one's Whole "Self," occurs, and the mind is realized as a place that is a Higher Garden, and others are tilling the soil of it alongside us. One realizes he is more, which is the paradoxical One - the One that speaks through synchronicities and epiphanies in waking reality, exciting the self to move in His direction and in His service. These things are realized as Real, and through meditation upon this, life changes. By being a Spiritual Sherlock, and through the Higher Focus upon Him within us, the Whole Self is freed, and all fear has been erased. We now look and see Eternity in this moment - time has stopped. This is when we listen, and know more - Now - and these others that are an expression of God, become conscious parts of the existence of one's Higher Understanding. One's True Nature is revealed, and it is Love.
How to determine if a Spiritual consideration is relevant to one's circumstance:
It is important to me, in being a student of my own existence (metaphysical student), that my experience of something I seek out, reveal information that is relevant. This is a state-of-being driven by the Highest Passion within oneself. How does one determine if a thing is relevant to him? How do you answer the question of, "Does this apply to me?" You listen to the "still small voice" within yourself, and examine the evidence.
I recently spoke to a new spiritual friend, and the experience was meaningful to me. I had asked about the topic of scrying, and the conversation seemed a very good discussion of metaphysics, and the reality of a mediumistic understanding. Is scrying different than mediumship? Does it matter? Mediumship, as I understand it, is when a spiritual human being is able to achieve a state within himself, wherein he becomes a conduit for communication "from" another spiritual being perceived within his spiritual perceptual landscape. Information is gained by the medium through extended spiritual mechanisms we all may access, and this information is then conveyed (is it translated in any way by the medium? Are his memories used to interpret in some way?) to a third party. I believe it is a special spiritual journey to be a medium, and to understand and know that such fantastic things are possible.
I talk in this notebook about things I experience in physical, as well as spiritual realities. Personal inner transformations are sought, to align my "self," in and with the Highest Understanding of my own experience. This has produced the artifacts of my art.
Through the art and reflections upon it, I continue to discover more about myself and my existence. That said, I prefer meditation/prayer, writing, drawing, and nature, as vehicles for this pursuit.. Anything and everything that leads to God is paramount, over all other life considerations. Sharing my life with His Presence floors me, and I realize I am One with Him.
My friend suggested "following the Spiritual String," which is something I have called the "string of my excitement or passion" in this notebook. This notebook includes reflections upon my existence, and in their examination, I hope to learn more about what seems to be an ever-expanding, spiritually-driven reality. My mantra is to follow the "thread of excitement," and I am working it out through drawing in a trance/meditative state, and then deconstruct these using the written word. This is part of my navigation and illumination of knowing Him through my inner and outer experiences. In other words, I am experiencing the state of enlightenment of my existence, by way of contact within myself with God, and through drawing and the written word, am discovering the structure of the spiritual realm in relation to physical manifestations of His Grace in physical reality. I am looking always for His Direction and Design.
Realizations in the "Now"
The "gray line," in experiences of anything, I have found, is a state-of-mind that reveals spiritual mechanisms at work. This is a state in which it is no longer a question of one's inner integrity in his search for truth about reality; integrity is accomplished, known, and understood by experience. Further, integration of inner self-structures that originate in outmoded, old and useless belief systems, has been transformative. The self is now aware of its hierarchical place in the Universe, through Oneness with The Creator.
When the gray-line, or spiritual experience that is transformative, brings about a crux within one's thinking (and one is doing everything he knows through studies, in order to understand), he might feel that to go left, he would encounter the unknown, which would shake his inner foundations, and he must pause. This is a state wherein one's understanding of existence and his own identity, are up against a metaphorical wall, and the only way to proceed within oneself is seemingly to go left or right. A decision must be made. To just stand there in solitude, and seemingly alone in this transformative event, in some way indicates a death must occur. Death is not bad; death is transformation from one thing to the next.
Dr. Beverly Kane, in her paper titled, The Nature of Personal Belief Systems stated, "Resolving contradictions between old and new beliefs and between one's individuality and one's social conformity is the foundation of psychological growth. The most divisive conflict is the contradiction between logic and sensory (or extrasensory) experience" (158). The extrasensory experience is the spiritual experience, and I have concluded that this state of perception extends beyond my transcription of energies within the art. It is the reconstruction of, or inner weaving together of what I have been mentally defining as separate systems of being, i.e. Christ-consciousness realized within, and the brevity of the reality of the existence of "perceived others," within meditation, that I am now reflecting upon.
The most fully honest statement I can make, over any other, is that through my 50 years of experiences, there has been nothing more real to me, than what I have experienced while in the meditative or prayerful state. I believe that our word, "death," although perceived as painful because of the separation from a loved one, or perceived concurrent pain that is experienced in the process, is really a disguised gift; it is conceptually, at its core, a wonderful, not horrific, consideration within one's mind. And although excruciatingly painful at first - debilitating and destabilizing for those that still physically live - I believe the other side of this life is more real than physical reality because one's place is again known fully. I am convinced absolutely of this, and understand it is more than one's ego-mind can fathom for most. it is a Higher Place, Higher Realm, made of the stuff of Higher Knowledge. The consciousness, our energy self that can be perceived, known, and understood within meditation, is one's True and Higher self within. And, if one focuses upon the Higher Self within, and meditates upon this, life will never be the same. These considerations are realized first-hand.
This is only my personal view of "death," and should more rightly be identified within the conscious mind as "transition," or better yet, "metamorphosis of consciousness."
I know that I am a non-physical consciousness that is experiencing physical reality. And, I also know that I am an eternal being, and while I may change form, my consciousness cannot cease to exist. After enlightenment as to one's True Nature, the search to be of service to the Realized Spiritual Reality ensues. How can I be of service to the Spirit Within? This is the only valid question that remains, and the only answer I can fathom is to be myself because the Light that shines from the art, words, and experiences of the pursuit of God within this life, are from Spiritually Higher places. The Kingdom Within is what defines "me."
This is not a zealous question, to ask how one can be of service to the Spirit Within. It is a question that originates in the Higher Garden of my inner self, and I again recall that what the mind focuses upon, expands - this is the flowering of the Higher Garden within. There is never a stopping of the mind when it is focused, until one focuses on the breath, and then the mind expands into a sky of peaceful bliss that is preparatory for receipt of spiritual information. This is only limited by one's Imagination, which is realized while in this meditative state, as something originating within this Higher Realm; one is able to watch his own mind and be informed through visions that originate beyond conscious thought. The imagination is a holy and praiseworthy mechanism, and It should always be approached and accessed with integrity - and wielded with compassion.
Is the Imagination Real?
So, is the Imagination REAL? I feel my experiences within meditation are valid and real because I am changed by them, while experiencing physical reality. Further, the synchronicities and epiphanies that inform my waking reality, are counterpoint to the Real World found within the meditative and prayerful state. The essence of who I am is transformed in every moment from this perspective, and I currently see that I feel in the presence of a precipice.
I can only surmise that the Imagination is what creates Us - it is a Higher State within a Higher Place. And, although we are a collective One, the Highest of integrity-driven behaviors is what fuels It. It, is God Within oneself, and we are given, each one of us, the reflective platform of physical reality (Earth and physical existence), wherein we, once awakened to The Presence Within, may discover through devotional effort, more of Him within ourselves.
One's compass to proceed, I have found for myself, can direct us to transformative events that necessitate a restructuring of definitions that stem from beliefs. This is what I am experiencing. Semantics has always been something to cause a crux in my own realization processes - I am highly sensitive to meanings perceived as reflections of physical reality.
This inner restructuring may feel terrifying at first, but in meditation, one sees past this fear, abandons ego, and peace ensues within the stillness of the sky of the mind. I realize now, that my friend and I are describing the same thing that is a process. By following the idea of "gray line, or "spiritual string," and through sitting with God in meditation, one will be illuminated in his efforts. Ultimately, relevance is located in the Source of the commonality of Inner, Higher, Imaginative Realities, and this is Christ-Consciousness realized. And, then, I stop and look over at that state I have conjured, full of fear, doubt, and the worst of all, the ugly remorse, and decide to sit with those feelings and love them, giving gratitude and thanks to my Higher Mind for all of the reflections-of-self that others have been willing to be for "me."
Wouldn't it be great if there were an actual set of directions for how to live in this world that seems so full of the unexpected? What if you knew, honestly, deep within yourself that you are exactly where you need to be, in every moment, living your highest passion, to the best of your ability, following your highest excitement, until you can take it no further, with no insistence or assumption as to the outcome? Well, I have found that this is the framework of thought that engenders synchronicities, epiphanies, and even miracles in my own life.
The physical mind does not know what is best. Passion is the compass needle of the Higher Self within. Follow your excitement and curiosity. Then, I have found, the path of least resistance, of going with the flow, appears. Follow that.
Even if you are experiencing a less than "preferred reality," if you remain in a positive state, knowing there is something to learn even in what initially appears negative, all of it, your entire life, will support the pursuit of your passion, or highest excitement!
