The idea of Absolute Reality was introduced to my mind in August 2019, when I began reading The Urantia Book. Within six months, I wrote the following within the Master's Thesis, Knowing Englightenment Now:
A Source of Spiritual Information
"The Urantia Book was given to me by a friend, just after the initial epiphany about the presence of “another” in my consciousness, realized through meditative prayer. The text is 1,814 pages, and claims to be the fifth epochal revelation of Christ, containing 196 lengthy, intellectual papers. At the time, I felt great relief, wonder, and amazement, that the table of contents was filled with author titles such as “Divine Counselor” and “Perfector of Wisdom.” Within it, the cosmos, its players, parts and functions are described, the nature of man and his relation to God outlined, and the life of Jesus Christ extended from the limited description of the man’s life found in the Bible, portraying instead, an intimate description from an omniscient perspective."
This source changed my life. I do not claim my outer mind understands this text ad infinitum, as it is an act of cerebral acrobatics to keep deity heirarchies straight in my mind as it is described, but in the way it is written, it speaks to the consciousness that is beyond the outer mind, just as the Bible does. It speaks in many voices (different authors are seemingly assigned different papers), sterilizing the theological topics described within each paper of the ego's presence. One finds beautiful, spiritual magic within himself, when he rests his mind on the Source of All, regardless of its origination.
Mortal is defined as, "...mortal man is very largely an unrealized spiritual potentiality (Foreward 0:4:7 (7.5).
The book states," In order to facilitate mortal comprehension of the universe of universes, the diverse levels of cosmic reality have been designated as finite, absonite, and absolute. Of these only the absolute is unqualifiedly eternal, truly existential. Absonites and finites are derivatives, modifications, qualifications, and attenuations of the original and primordial absolute reality of infinity."
Conceptual Mental Platforms are Valuable
Although the levels of reality, as described above, are meant as conceptual mental platforms, it does state that, "Value is a unique element in universe reality. We do not comprehend how the value of anything infinite and divine could possibly be increased. But we discover that meanings can be modified if not augmented even in the relations of infinite Deity. To the experiential universes even divine values are increased as actualities by enlarged comprehension of reality meanings" (115:2.2). And, this is what I am attempting to do, which is enlarge my understanding of the Divine, by considering what "Absolute Reality" is.
The point is that this "level" description of the universe, tells of an Absolute Divinity, and of a story that is enthralling in all ways to me. The synchronicity has led me to shine some light upon these levels, and bring to the conscious level of the mind, the idea that there is ever-more, and one is not alone within himself; life is a blessing to live when one focuses his mind upon knowing more about his own existence. Ultimately, when I sit in the Presence of the Spirit of God, and meditate only upon His Presence, the vastness of the perceptual consctruct of "self" realizes a Kingdom Within, and I know through my own meditative experience that I am eternally and Absolutely a part of the Source.
Practicing the Presence of God
It is good to train the mind to observe the subtle visual images seen within meditation. The symbols and forms that present become informants, if one exaimines them after maintaining one-pointed focus for an extended duration. This is the application of the meditative mind upon what God presents to the mind - the latter is known to present without forethought. These shapes function as forms for the mind to reflect itself upon while in meditation, and when this is done, the final image ascertained by this expanded state is of a reality that may seem illusory, but can teach one more about his own mind.
What occurs is a "spiritual leap." The mind is in the meditative Presence of God. His one-pointed focus is only to be in His Presence. It is during this Higher Sitting, that within the perceived space of the mind that one sits, images may appear. These may be subtle, wispy lights, or cloud-like vaporous forms. However they present, they are perceieved as "spiritual support." Every perception within the meditative mind is valid, but if it is also one-pointed and sitting in the Presence of God, more information is revealed.
The Music of Synchronicity
You see, the state of the human being who looks at what is presented in the mind in such a way, is love. It is an energetic, vibratory quality known within oneself, and when it is practiced, and then one looks at what The Presence of God presents in the shape of a form for consideration, he sees past it. He sees himself and all of the answers that are truly sitting with him, within his own mind. By meditating upon the Presence of God within oneself, one realizes these visual episodes as the music of synchronicity, and they are appreciated for the beautiful way they inform one about his Whole Self.
While meditating today, I found myself afloat a vast, white-clouded landscape. I could feel the ether/energy of my consciousness. I floated in His Presence, within and upon the expanse. Suddenly, my mind was shifted, and I looked down across my physical body through my mind, and I perceived the body's outline in its entirety. To look back upon one's own natural geometry, a "location" is noted. I intuitively understand this was the reason for the shift.
Next, I looked around, and realized I was above my body. I looked down at it, and clearly saw an energetic cord from the center of the physical body's mid-section, or where the thoracic and abdominal cavities "meet." The cord appeared outlined in an energetic silver, and in the memory of the experience, the color red is discered as "permeating" the visual field. I hovered above myself, still Practicing His Presence and looking at the form of the cord, and I watched as my "arm" reached out before me and touched it. It felt "solid."
The Out-of-Body Experience is Informative
I did not plan or exercise "visualization" techniques within the above meditation. Specifically, what is described above has been called an out-of-body experience, and these occur to me quite often within meditation. As all parts of meditation are learning tools within my mind, I sometimes explore the OBE state out of interest in building structures within self, and am often "led" naturally into this state after practicing the Presence of God for a duration, then suddenly, a "flip is switched," and I am watching something occur before me. Overall, God teaches directly to and through the mind that meditates,
An Instant in Eternity
If one meditates about his life as an "instance" within eternity, and contemplates his location now, as one living purposefully, reflective of the light of God within himself, he is renewed. Renewal is the result of kindness-to-self through the Practice of the Presence of God.
One moves forward in life believing this or that about himself. He also imagines his life beyond the now, and he reaches for this in his daily efforts. This reaching and grasping at imagined forms-of-self that do not exist yet, is reflective of learning to live. I can only conclude that when negative thought forms are no longer given mental platforms, and the intuition is fully utilized, that the higher, positive framework of life is seen and experienced as functioning.
Cycles and Negative-Energy-Release
There are cycles to the energy of life, and these are perceived as "good" and "not good," or "preferential" and "not preferential." To avoid getting buried under an avalanche of negative thought energy memories during a difficult period, one may continually release his negative experiences through the use of a positive affirmation. For example, the "Continually Release" affirmation states, "I continually release negative experiences in this current cycle as they occur." By attaining a meditative state, wherein the affirmation is used, one allows the negative energy to be released as it occurs. Further, if continual release of negative energies within the mind is not implemented, the thoughts, feelings and actions can become a memory-energy in the personal subconscious memory level of the mind, which if allowed to accumulate, will lengthen the duration of a negative cycle one may be experiencing. Overall, by using the process of "Continually Releasing" during negative cycles in one's life, he effectively monitors his thoughts, feelings and actions carefully, taking immediate action to neutralize the negative and its input on present and future cycles (Theocentric Psychology Doctoral Module #3, page 116).
The Best Lesson Learned
The best lesson and good that can be learned when coming out of a difficult period, is that your personal relationship to God has been strengthened.
And, this brings the narrative back to the only time one has to live, and it is now. This is the only moment that is meaningful. Even when recalling a prior moment that moved one emotionally, it is still experienced as now.
Rendezvous with God
It is one's focus, perspective, and language to himself that are keys to opening the door to enlightenment of the whole mind to its reflective Higher Self. This is a meditative state that is the simultaneous "empty-sky-that-is-full." It is a realization of God within oneself, and he ascends quickly within to the known location.
Meditation and Transparency: we live what we believe we can imagine.
There, which is really the most pointed here-and-now, one arrives in the Presence of the Most Beautiful Form. This location within the meditative mind is the ultimate description of now, which is experienced as a grateful and divine ecstasy that makes the consciousness transparent to God in all ways. In this moment, now, one knows the Presence of his Greatest Love, and sees that we live what we believe we can imagine.
Geometrical Structures of the Mind-that-Meditates Upon the Presence of God
Within the meditative state, one may observe the geometrical structure of his own mind. To do this, the location of the observing self is upon the higher platform, ascended to once the egoic form is thanked and floats to the side.
The consciousness is then freely extended beyond the sensation of the physical, and instead is conceptualized as a vibrant energy-form that circulates upward and downward, from the base of the spine to the spiritual eye and back. This is repeated 10 to 20 times, depending upon perceived distance from the point of Center of self. What is meant by this, is that "self" can be understood as one's perceived "level" of awareness of God within himself. By entering meditation with the intent to set aside one's ego, essentially putting one's thoughts in a "box," and then "ascending with intent to move toward God, or Higher Self," one realizes a "platform" of sorts. Here is the point in the meditation, wherein one may intuitively sense a need to accumulate energies to assist in the increasing of one's spiritual awareness..
One may do this through a mechanism-of-movement of the spiritual conceptualization-of-self, that energetically travels from the base of the spine, in a cool upward motion through it, up to the spiritual eye. One counts the chakras, or visualizes colors representative of them, as the breath ascends. All the while, feeling the coolness of the breath within the spine upward, and focusing one's eyes six inches before him, through his closed eyelids into the Higher Mind. Once the inhaled breath has flowed through the spiritual eye that you are looking through, the breath is felt as slightly warmer, fluming back and over the spine, then flowing down and over it, returning to the base for the next inhale. One also counts the chakras upon descent of the breath, or visualizes colors representative of them. If color is one's preference, the mind may be allowed to intuitively sense the color within his own spiritual eye, as the breath passes each chakra location. [Note: this has been called "Kundalini Yoga."]
After one is energetically re-invigorated, clarity has increased within the spiritual eye. Visuals beyond the bright circle seen within the consciousness are holographically presented, often overlapping and informing upon, about, or within each other. This is the same conceptualization described elsewhere in this notebook, as ultimately forming the structure of an old-fashioned rotating door-of-images, that not only flows one way, but also flows within and upon multidimensional copies of itself. Further, the fluidity of images presented to the mind, is perceived as having a corresponding intuitive-interpreting-function, wherein the individual is able to note feelings beyond the symbolic surface of each imagined form. (Note: I say "imagined form" because this notebook has established the imagination as a holy mechanism that is a reflective description of the Paradox of God - we live what we believe we can imagine.)
The visual forms realized, beyond the Central Sun seen within the spiritual eye, are visions, I have found, that are meant to instruct. Geometry is utilized quite a bit, and geometric-form-combinations have become descriptive of Higher conceptualizations that are beyond what one may observe when looking only with his eyes and ego. This location of self is completely in the "now," and is highly focused and aware. Essentially, this meditative mind is now being informed in his experience, by spiritual energies within his own mind. He is literally sitting with the Presence of God, and allowing God to inform him visually, auditorily, intuitively, emotionally, and spiritually, and all the while, he is in a state of deep gratitude and love.
The Structure of the Imagination: It is the Reflective Form of the Paradoxical Structure of God Within
The geometry of the imagination is a subtle, yet effective, visualization tool that is worthy of meditating upon. When positioned upon the Higher platform within, and within one-pointed focus, or using the energy method mentioned above, and then relaxing further into one-pointed focus, one sees the multidimensional form that the Whole Mind naturally perceives itself to be. This is a geometrical relationship of ideas that forms a whole new language within the meditative mind, and it is a symbolic language. The experience is the seeing of these shapes that morph into visual episodes, in which "I" observes the playing out of lessons. Ultimately, what one sees when he has realized his Higher Center, is that the visual, auditory, spiritually-intuitive highway that one is now within and a part of, is his meditative realization of the Presence of God within himself. It is in this multifaceted form that is One Form/God (paradox), that one may look directly at, and know God for himself.
Healing Oneself Holistically
Dictionary.com com defines "holistic" as, "incorporating the concept of holism, or the idea that the whole is more than merely the sum of its parts, in theory or practice. The parts of the spiritual human being are a trinity of the body, mind and spirit. To heal oneself "holistically," and in this light, is referential to the natural indwelling healing intelligence within the body. This is an innate wisdom that is the Spirit of God within oneself. Ultimately, to heal oneself holistically, means that God's healing consciousness is affecting the perceived "power to heal oneself," and It moves through inner meditation upon him, to the outermost conscious mind where, when realized, one is able to wield it through meditation and affirmation.
The Chain of Command in the Holistic Spiritual Healing Process
Spirit or God
The chain of command in the holistic Spiritual healing process, includes Spirit (or universal mind energies), which affects the outermost consciousness. This then affects the body's energy levels. Access to this healing source is through meditation.
Through Meditation, Higher Spiritual Energies are Realized by the Outermost Consciousness
Next, to attain holistic Spiritual healing, one allows the outer human mind to increase in Higher Spiritual Energies/God-energy, as realized through the meditation process. Then, outside of meditation, the outermost consciousness is changed and takes action.
The Conscious Mind Takes Action
Lastly, the presence of God's energy to the outermost consciousness is a platform meant to direct the Higher energy of God to ailing parts of the body. In other words, one can meditate upon the Presence of God, increase his own conscious realization of the Spirit within himself, and then focus this energy upon the body to heal it. Ultimately, what we see in this Chain of Command of Spiritual energies, is that the ultimate holistic Spiritual healing process is meditation.
The Power of Affirmations
By using positive affirmations, one may assist himself in healing his perceived ill-health.. For example, one may extemporaneously affirm within his own mind, that "The Whole of God's energetic consciousness is a part of the consciousness of all of the billions of cells within my body." Because the body is an energy field, the connection to the energy of the Spirit of God is affirmed to work, and through repeated affirmations, alongside meditation upon the Presence of Spirit or God within oneself, the healing energies are directed.
A Simple Example of Spiritual Healing
A simple example of healing from this platform of thought, is to consider how much better one feels after he meditates. One feels better because he has made more direct contact through the mind with the natural healing intelligence of God within himself, thus adjusting naturally, the healing energies of the body that bring relaxation, peace, rejuvenation and revitalization.
Spiritual health is determined by whether or not an individual is living their specific life's purpose, as determined for this particular lifetime. If the purpose of the soul is not pursued, then the energies of the individual will affect the body's energies, causing ill health. Thus, a holistic approach to spiritual healing must take into account the spiritual health of a person, in order to understand the cause of any ill health and what needs to be cured.
Spiritual Solutions to Heal Thyself
Because the word "holistic," by definition, dictates seeing the Whole self as constructed of body, mind and Spirit, we understand that meditation is key. By beginning a meditation practice, and incorporating positive affirmations, one may begin to heal himself.
Further, if one is "out of alignment" with his life's purpose, which is defined as the self-realized passions and desires for life, he has literally positioned himself to not see the synchronicities and epiphanies that may inform him beyond meditation. These are communication from Spirit or God, as established in this notebook. To holistically heal oneself, one must enlist a meditative pursuit within himself, harness the power of the positive affirmation, and pursue whatever passion in him that is "pulling at him" the most.
Overall, begin each day with a point: affirm to oneself the power and healing presence of Spirit within oneself, i.e. "I affirm that God/Spirit intuitively directs my mind, which in turn directs me as to what I should do regarding the health and healing of my body." Also, meditate on the Presence of God, or Universal Consciousness every day, and if you need assistance, reach out in positivity to that inner, Higher Presence for intuitive Guidance. I have found that by devotedly meditating, at the very least with the consciousness focused upon one-point (such as the breath at the end of the nostrils), intuition increases, and eventually transforms into a loving relationship with Higher Understanding that can be utilized to live one's life differently, and one may provide his own opportunity to heal himself.
Perceptual Constructs and Mapping of the Whole Self
This whole website is about perceptual constructs within the meditative mind, and is the pursuit of mapping "levels of self, within and without," with the goal, ultimately, of assisting others in understanding the plethora of Creative Ways one may go about a positive life for himself.
In this gift that is the enlightened epiphany of a new beginning, he looks seriously at his beliefs and definitions. He wants happiness, wholeness, now. Further, he realizes these are conditions-of-self that are created through reflective mechanisms that serve to purpose one's perception of physical reality. Physical reality's quality and perceived worth, is realized as a mirror, and the meanings plumbed through experience are only definitions of self in play, for you to enjoy or suffer upon. To do and know all of this, one realizes enlightenment of how to live in a transparent way with himself, wherein his Oneness is the Meditative Mind of God.
Totality of Reality, and How to "Be"
The Universe is the experience of positive and negative frameworks. This is the platform of life as we know it. It has been observed in science, and is a "given" to most. I point it out again because one’s polarity of orientation must be understood as he sets out to know Higher Insight.
Physical reality is like the playground of childhood in one's Higher realization processes. One learns early that this means "not good," and that means "good." These are influenced by family and social conditioning, but then a point arrives, within the meditative state, that he is none of these things, really. He has learned, finally, that this life is an expression, an opportunity to change himself and see More. Life, for myself, is really a beautiful illusion that is a real gift. One uses it to learn, and in so doing, learns to reach for Higher Things, Higher Knowledge, Higher Love. And, this is a Literal Place within the Whole Self, realized through one-pointed meditation.
The Essential Platform
In understanding that one's thoughts, every one, has a literal orientation to positivity or negativity, is a primary-level-function of physical reality to understand. By beginning with one-pointed focus, and "working-up" to the building of a mansion and body suit within meditations, one "builds" himself outside of meditation as well.
It is an essential platform that one must rest his every thought upon (that reality is both positive and negative), as though it is a filter through which each thought may flow through. With committed awareness, this gives worth to the thought. We learn that we need to observe ourselves, and spend time with ourselves. This is what I am doing right now, in writing this. This is what I do within meditation and drawing. For example, when I draw for three hours straight, it is meditative. It is sheer pleasure, and filled with positive excitement, beyond my perceived ego-self. By understanding that a primary-level-function of reality is the polarity we must navigate, then the expressions of self projected out to the world, will be reflective of this.
Once a thought has been determined negative, it is given the loving kindness of a friend. There is no need to argue within oneself, about one's need to maintain negativity. If this is the case, then this is THE moment one should stop and meditate. Put down the cell phone, close the eyes, orient to the center (as understood and achieved within the committed practice to maintain one-pointed focus), and always, always breathe.
Sitting or reclining in meditation is fantastic, but one cannot sit for 5 - 8 hours a day in search of enlightenment of the mind, without a loss of interaction with the positive, synchronous, collaborative, Higher communication that is realized while in the waking state. Overall, and for myself, it is best to meditate for durations and frequency that are natural, and then live life from Higher Insight that is realized from within the meditative state.
Tilling of Higher Soil - Build There
If one peruses the Internet, social media, and the like, resources seem unlimited, in attempts to help the perceived suffering of others. Enlightenment of the Whole Self to its various parts, is the most interesting and exciting pursuit. To question and discover the seemingly "unknown," and then make it known, results in "tilling of the Higher Soil" within. Nevertheless, to maintain True perspective, (i.e. maintain a connection with Higher Self, a place beyond the egoic form of self), the point should always be about finding the Center Within , which is realized within the meditative state, as well as what one's distance is to this location. This is the most Holy and Higher part known, whatever Its conceptualized form. I have called this Center by other names, simplified conceptually into the idea of a "Higher Platform" or "Mansion," built within self during meditation time. It is meant to be employed.
What is Required to "Build" Higher Understanding?
1) Organize life around meditation time. This may be very structured, time-wise, at first, but with practice, it is the favored effort of the day, as it provides relief from perceived "stress," and rejuvenates all parts of self. Whether all parts are understood in total yet, by the individual, is not a requirement. Practice the Presence of God within self within one meditation, and "build" useful, conceptual frameworks within meditation that assist in "making real within self," an interactive environment that shows gratitude, acceptance, and willingness to be informed by Higher States of Consciousness.
2) Establish intent. Literally sit down and write a list of questions that you want answers to. The reality is that even though you think you do not know the answers, by meditating in one-pointed focus upon the already built, Higher Platform within, as well as living in the moment now, all answers that are needed will be provided. The Higher Truth is that one already knows the answers he or she needs, and meditation delivers these as "epiphanies" within "now." Further, when some "thing" is realized, the form is reflected as a geometric pattern within the mind, beyond language. Here is the location of the Higher Garden within self, upon one's platform, and surrounded by the Higher Sky-of-the-Mind that is the meditative state. If for some reason, the "epiphany" does not occur within meditation, then one may rely upon positive conceptual self-constructs lived in daily life, to know more regarding his path-of-least-resistance.
3) "Clock the synchronicities and epiphanies. Make it a point to consciously appreciate, and be thankful for, perceived synchronous events (and epiphanies) within waking reality. Notice how this perception feels, and then do something creative with the information perceived. Follow the Higher Excitement the epiphany or synchronicity delivers. If there is any "secret" about Spiritual Living, it is this: Watch what God or Higher Self is Telling "You."
Keep Track of What God is Telling "You"
Keep a list of perceived psychic events, which are the synchronicities and epiphanies in waking reality - the information from the Higher Self, or God. Then, meditate upon these perceptions, within your mansion or upon your platform, while wearing your Spiritual Suit. See what happens, for yourself. Then, seeing beyond the 'normal,' average state," is accomplished, and we appreciate the Higher Meaning of our perceptions. We are Truly Informed, and we Originate.
There is always More.
It's strangely beautiful and exotic an experience to me, to sit and read this title, "Ego Sanity and the Higher Self: It's a Spiritual Team."
The Human Condition
One must understand his own human condition to begin to understand why he may feel it is a "strangely beautiful and exotic experience." If an Ascension Path within has not been established, the corollary structures of the ego will be most prominent. These structures include perceived placement through the outer ego construct as experienced conditions that are negative, such as emotional states that can vacillate wildly when one does not know his own Higher Center. Further, the condition may be perceived through experience as seemingly negative, and doubt of the power of the positive polarity of orientation is still the state of the lower, egoic form.
What is Strange?
Strange is defined as "unusual, extraordinary, or curious; odd; queer," by Dictionary.com, and this is a good definition. Further, the word queer is useful in this explanation, as it means "strange or odd from a conventional viewpoint; unusually different; singular," which is the description, in my Whole Mind, of every perceptual level of my Whole Self. Each is singular, known, and loved, but they are the Whole Mind simultaneously, and this is unusual, which has been established in this notebook as the known Higher Self in Total. (Remember: "normal" and "usual" have been established frameworks of the unenlightend lower, egoic mind, within the the deconstructive writing titled "What is Paranormal?") Further, the perceptual construct is layered: there is the ego, the unconscious, the superconscious, and the Higher Mind. Through these levels, which are simultaneously also lenses of self, one knows the Path of Ascension.
Acceptance and Meditation
We begin in acceptance of all inner and outer manifestations of and to the mind. We also meditate with devotion to knowing the Highest Love, which is the Higher Self. We do this naturally, as is structured within one's positive efforts of the day. We are One with God when we know our own Higher Self, and because this is the location of the "Culmination of the Acension Path," to know one's Highest Mind, the concept of "sanity," which is defined as free from mental derangement (i.e., disorder), is the experience. Ultimately, we see Freedom as the path of the Most Sane of us all. It is the investigative, inquisitory, and positive framework that is fueled by Higher Love and Adoration for the Highest of Things, within the experience of being human.
Oneness with God
Overall, the idea of the Spiritual Team, which has formed in full within one's Whole Self, has become a Whole New Higher Form, and these knowns, In Total, are Oneness with God.
The Egoic Form
Chatter within the mind, may initially be a concern to some within meditation. A solution to employ, would be the building of a form that is symbolic of the egoic mind. This form could be what some call a "shadow-self," which is well symbolized by a simple darkened outline body, or energy shape.
You see, within the stories of Robert Monroe, and the Monroe Institute, it was described by the participants, that the presence of perceived spiritual "others," was common. These "entities" would arrive to assist the meditative adventurers in their efforts, in order to experience what is meant by being "out-of-body." This then became my own experience.
I discovered first-hand, in the earlier months of Hemi-Sync technology use, that these pressing shadow-forms were interacting with me. They had been realized as present in my awareness, and they were attempting to get my attention. To do this, they would put their whole heads into mine, and the experience was the shift of consciousness to seeing through the eyelids. Here, I just observed in this altered state, and would watch as they floated near, and then blew on my forehead. Once, it was so heavily done, that the reflexive mechanism encountered when air is ejected into one's face, was my response. But, I smiled. There are often soft pressures upon my body, and these correspond to a perceived shadow form seen in the "shifted state."
Intent and the House of the Outer Mind
I built the egoic, symbolic form, and began to lovingly allow it to include all of my thoughts. These are represented in my mind as dots of light that float from my perceived center, to the egoic form. Once these two conceptualizations were melded, I used my energetic, spiritual arms, and moved the form to the left and behind me. Initially, the egoic-form's use is that of a respected, personified tool - a conceptualization that has been personified in shape and function. Eventually, through continued and repeated practice of this form as a positive symbol, it became Real to me, and now literally houses my outer mind.
The egoic body form is best created with positive intent, and gratitude. It serves a vital function, the ego, by assisting in navigation through physical matter reality, and the concurrent reflections to self that become beliefs. To create this form, simply achieve the meditative state through the "Energy-Building," body-relaxing meditation from the last post, and then ascend to your platform/mansion. Relax in whatever way feels natural and peaceful, and then begin focusing about 6 inches in front of you. Let whatever appears, congeals, or lilts into focus, be what it is, and then use an affirmation.
Use an Affirmation
State something like, "I am more than my physical body. Because I am more than physical matter, I deeply desire to expand and experience the creation of an egoic image that will be the useful body of my outer egoic self." You could also add, "I also desire the assistance of those individuals, who are at a level higher than my own, in the construction of this form." Then, you can sit and watch what happens - observe. Or, you can take the initiative, and begin the visualization exercise in building this form.
Test, examine, in love, and see what happens. When you have built the form, give love and thanks to it. At this point, you can now move on to the next visualization exercise, or sit quietly and watch your own mind. Always love and gratitude. Always.
Shifting-Self and the Other Eyes
This is a description of what occurs on occasion from within meditation, and it is a perceived shift of my conscious mind's location. My experience is no longer, when this occurs, the location of orientation upon the chosen Higher Platform. Instead, I suddenly am "switched," and now see clearly through my eyelids. And then, when I look, there are energy forms in the space of my room, and around me.
I remain relaxed, accepting, and positive. These forms are very quiet. What I mean, is that their subtle forms are solid, yet transparent, and I understand that a line of force from within my Spiritual Center is projecting beyond perceived physical-matter-reality limits, enabling me to have the experience, and see in this way. This way of seeing from within the meditative mind, was achieved within about 6 months of devoted meditation, with my concept of Higher Self enwrapping me as my Spiritual Suit.
By understanding this type of information through one's own experience, one can see the powerful evidence of his own Higher Mind at work. It is realized a gift, to see, as described above. But, are these forms imagined? Yes, of course! The Imagination is a Holy Mechanism, and when wielded with positive intent formed from one's spiritual integrity, we see and comprehend Higher Things.
But, they are also Real to me - through my honed, exercised and valued spiritual adventures within myself, with Myself. The egoic form, my shifting-self, and the other eyes now available to me, are Realized as spiritual knowns, within spiritual matter, and as spiritual tools.
As this book began, I stated, "Wouldn't it be great if there were an actual set of directions for how to live in this world that seems so full of the unexpected?" And, then, I answered through ideas garnished from my experience. - experiential observations of synchronicities and epiphanies, which this notebook has established IS communication from Higher Self/God (this is outlined in the master's paper, titled "Knowing Enlightenment Now, which is located on the Home page of this website). I stated that I knew, honestly and deeply within myself that I am exactly where I need to be, in every moment, living my highest passion, to the best of my ability, following my highest excitement, until I could take it no further - and, with no insistence or assumption as to the outcome.
For further evidence of this effort, please look and notice the work. Every bit is an example of this type of pursuit. My journeys within meditation were initially fueled by immense, perceived grief, which is stimulus enough for the re-working of one's inner landscape. This notebook is an example of the passionate, positive pursuit to know, through objective and subjective observations of all experiential inner and outer data, and is deconstructed to a positive state, serving Higher Self's path toward It's Realization. This is the pursuit of God in 2020, defined by observation of my own existence, and through meditation. Because I see there is a Higher Origin, and know first-hand that we are all able to know it - but just don't know how that is yet - I am sharing what "I" do know, as it is experienced.
What do you want to know?
I am completely receptive to ideas, additions, and suggestions, and am willing to expand upon anything written about here, if points are unclear within your mind.

The Spiritual Body-Suit Assignment
So, to understand the Spiritual Body-Suit and Ascension, the concept of "Higher Self" must be understood. When one forms the concept of "Higher Self," within oneself, he is now on the Ascension Path. The life expression becomes known-to-self, and the natural evolution of the life synchronistically begins. The directions are now before you, as once Higher Self is realized, things are now improved. Ultimately, life is wonderfully changed because you have realized who you really are.
What is Higher Self?
Simply, it is Love. Any and all expressions of the unconditional devotion to this Form, within one's daily life, is noticed by all parts of one's self. Love begins within self. For example, the simple act of writing "Are you being positive?" on a sticky-note, and pasting this on the refrigerator (where I know many people linger), is a reminder every time you feed yourself of your own intention. It is convicting.
What is conviction?
"Convicting," according to Dictionary.com, means "A fixed or firm belief," and when we reflect to ourselves through these small messages left in love and light of Spirit, we see the answer through that Higher Love expressed within the question. This expression is personalized through the ego, and for our own experience. From here, is the navigation of self through belief-deconstruction, because if the answer is not, "Yes, I am being positive... regardless of this or that," then we have inner work to do.
This is my understanding of Higher Self, established through meditative and physical-matter- reality experiences, and I describe it in broad strokes, so that you may see how I have done it. It is advised that through reflective mechanisms with meditation (by examining what occurs within the meditative/prayful state), a personal, working definition of your own be created.
Work to do.
So, Higher Self is Love, but there is still wonderful and worthy work to do. We meditate twice a day, for a half-hour or so. We have intent to work on building our inner platform/mansion through visualization efforts within one of these meditative sittings. We exercise the minds within self, and then we rest them in the Higher Presence within, through one-pointed focus upon the breath. We utilize whatever information excites us, and we observe its quality for Higher Insight. Further, we find pleasure in these pursuits, as they are private and special places within ourselves, to be with our own concept of Comfort/Insight/Love, or God, as we understand Him.
The Spiritual Body-Suit Assignment
Introduction and the ABC's of Spiritual Matter
I have learned through the use of the Monroe Institute's Hemi-Sync CD's, conceptual methods one may employ within the mind during meditation. These exercises are illustrative of the ABC's of working with spiritual matter: i.e., Assignment: Build Concept.
Through its use, and within devoted meditative time, body conceptualization will be reformed by building structures within oneself, as appropriate to the individual. Ultimately, this imagined suit, is representative of Higher energetic spiritual understanding. For myself, I built a Spiritual Body-Suit, based on the concept of "Spiritual Armor," in combination with ideas from studies of the "out-of-body" experiences of Robert Monroe and other authors listed on this website. It's purpose, ultimately, is to assist and connect with the platform/mansion, that you have created already in your "Build Sittings," and to learn to work within your own mind, in new ways, now.
Relaxation of the Body First
All meditation begins with relaxation. That said, one must understand that the body has spiritual, energetic lines of force within it, and these are echoed in physical matter reality as the neurological system. As one moves his consciousness upon and through the body, with a pause of the focused mind upon each part, the "building" energy is eventually discernible to the outermost mind. Observe your body carefully as you progress in the months ahead.
It is magical stuff, spiritual matter, so it can feel any way that is natural to you. Again, it will be a natural sensation that simultaneously occurs when using the one-pointed focus upon a body part.
Stretch fully, and then relax in a reclined position, but remember, the point is to achieve what is called the "mind-awake, body-asleep" state. The goal is to free the mind from the limitations of the physical body, so that one may build within himself.
Overall, we focus the conscious mind upon each body part, allowing the consciousness to be only experiencing and observing that part. Begin at the big toe of the left foot (count to three if you need to), and then move to the next toe. Complete the left whole foot, then move the focused mind to the right foot. Repeat. Back to the left calf/knee/thigh/hip - to -center, and back to the right right foot, pulling the energy upward, and allowing your conscious mind to linger on each part as you go up the body.
Complete this all extemporaneously, meaning off-the-cuff, always allowing time for your own personal mechanisms of behavior to be loved along the way. Once the whole body, from toe to head, has been experienced in this way, you are in an altered state of consciousness. You are now relaxed and prepared to build.
Go to your platform/mansion.
Imagine and create the most appropriate armor for yourself (I have found simplicity extremely useful, but do what is best for you). It may be a slim-fitting costume, or a simple energy matrix, like my own. Whatever your imagination delivers, accept it with gratitude - even if all you can muster is a perceived "dot" in the middle of your mind's eye, give thanks for that, but then gently begin again.
After you have spent 5 to 10 minutes visualizing, imagining and building the suit, while in this relaxed state, also, spend time looking at it. Reach out your energy arms (didn't know you had these? Well, look again!), and turn the suit and look at it. Reach out your imagined energy arms toward the suit and know its real. Then. put it on.
Overall, the purpose of the Spiritual Body Suit is to exercise the mind, allowing Real inner conceptualizations, that are also tools, to build toward Higher Insight. Ultimately, within the Higher Mansion of the meditative mind, there is now a suit that awaits, that when worn, is representative of effort toward Higher Things.
Note: Many sources talk of imagining bubbles around oneself, and this is easily done, but if you had the option to take the Ferrari or the Subaru, which would you select? (I own a Subaru, and they are very dependable vehicles). I selected the tried-and-true, dependable thing I know, that is also positive. My own suit is sleek and beautiful, silver, and made of the stuff of God! Now, how exciting is that!
The crises of this World are not Truly an exterior, physical-matter-reality concern. What I mean, is that there is a Higher Energy Framework that is beyond the egoic mind's understanding, and is accessible to any who seek to know It. To "deserve" entrance to this Higher Framework found within oneself, and to see beyond these crises to Higher Insight, the egoic mind (keeping it positive) is appreciated in gratitude for its seemingly protective import.
Dictionary.com told us that the total word "deserve," means one has a claim, and that it is a reward. These are the Higher positive perceptions derived by definition for the whole word, and are also a description of the origin of one's merit. Ultimately, to deserve a thing means one is qualified because of his natural, inherent excellence, and this is a state beyond the story of current World affairs.
But First, Know Thyself
If one meanders along the path of the meditative, he will encounter first himself, in the form of chatter in the mind. Acknowledgement of these thoughts must occur, as if they are an old friend. Acknowledge the thought, acknowledge the feeling, but then, pat your friend on the back, and allow him to go on his way... and, then, return to the breath.
In doing this, while resting the mind in one-pointed focus upon the breath at the end of the nostrils, an inward one-pointed birth-within-self occurs. This is the reflective, spiritual mechanism of the Whole Self, at the initial stage of building the Spiritual Window Within self. The mature form of this location within self, is a Real Platform created through visualization within meditation, and I will illustrate as we go.
You see, when the consciousness is experiencing one-pointed focus, the initial image visualized within the mind is the structural formation of "me-to-Me-to-me." It is a triangular, beginning conceptualization of self. That is: through use of the imagination, one "sees" within his mind, his own sense of center (me), with that of his reoccurring thoughts that he gently acknowledges and lets go (Me), and then lastly, there is the breath (me), which is the door. We literally observe this triangular formation as that of the ego, Freedom, and the door. The awareness of all of these locations becomes a simultaneous center within self, a triangle that is reflective of Higher Structures of the Whole Universe. And practice of this state of focus, is the spark of spiritual energy that enlivens and brings peace simultaneously; its practice, "ferrets-out" the ego-self, and one may Truly find His Center.
The Imagination as a Platform of Learning from Higher Insight
As one advances on his journey within, to know his own landscape, it is worthy to grasp tightly onto the conceptualization of what the Imagination truly is. It is a Holy Mechanism, and when one ascends with integrity from his lower self to the Higher Place within himself (this can literally be achieved through the use of the "Think Outside the Box" meditation by Bashar), it is useful, at times, to have an imagined platform awaiting your arrival.
Jesus himself stated, "In my father's house are many mansions," (John 14:2, KJV).
Create a "Mansion" Exercise
To do this, sit quietly and achieve the meditative state. Relax.
Now, this is your imagination, so whatever form of a platform (that is also a plateau of perceived blissful energy) that is appropriate for you, is valid. Initially, mine was an imagined cave (like the Moaning Caverns in California), but what I see in my mind, is my visual equivalent (from imagination), and thus seems a simulated replica in my mind of an actual place.
Next, use the five senses, and consider them separately, in how you want this special place to look and feel. Spend time building your mansion. Again, Jesus himself, spoke of this building mechanism, and stated, "In my father's house are many mansions," (John 14:2, KJV).
Have fun, and give gratitude for every moment one may attempt, but "seem to fail" in his one-pointed focus exercises. It is good to play with one's imagination when building, so have a separate "building" meditation, wherein the intent is the focus of reliable structures within self that are repeatable. Love your inner platform or mansion within every synchronistic minute throughout the day. Relax, love, and start with a home within, one that is so wonderful (Imagination), that excitement builds to return and see if it is still there!
You have time. You are an eternal being. There is no rush.
But, physical matter reality is a "limited event," so the suggestion to make here, is to begin, now.
