Something Good In Creation

Thankful for Two Worlds in One

Practicing the Presence of God
It is good to train the mind to observe the subtle visual images seen within meditation. The symbols and forms that present become informants, if one exaimines them after maintaining one-pointed focus for an extended duration.  This is the application of the meditative mind upon what God presents to the mind - the latter is known to present without forethought.  These shapes function as forms for the mind to reflect itself upon while in meditation, and when this is done, the final image ascertained by this expanded state is of a reality that may seem illusory, but can teach one more about his own mind.

Spiritual Support
What occurs is a "spiritual leap." The mind is in the meditative Presence of God. His one-pointed focus is only to be in His Presence. It is during this Higher Sitting, that within the perceived space of the mind that one sits, images may appear. These may be subtle, wispy lights, or cloud-like vaporous forms. However they present, they are perceieved as "spiritual support." Every perception within the meditative mind is valid, but if it is also one-pointed and sitting in the Presence of God, more information is revealed.

The Music of Synchronicity
You see, the state of the human being who looks at what is presented in the mind in such a way, is love. It is an energetic, vibratory quality known within oneself, and when it is practiced, and then one looks at what The Presence of God presents in the shape of a form for consideration, he sees past it. He sees himself and all of the answers that are truly sitting with him, within his own mind. By meditating upon the Presence of God within oneself, one realizes these visual episodes as the music of synchronicity, and they are appreciated for the beautiful way they inform one about his Whole Self.

Meditation Example
While meditating today, I found myself afloat a vast, white-clouded landscape. I could feel the ether/energy of my consciousness. I floated in His Presence, within and upon the expanse. Suddenly, my mind was shifted, and I looked down across my physical body through my mind, and I perceived the body's outline in its entirety. To look back upon one's own natural geometry, a "location" is noted. I intuitively understand this was the reason for the shift.

Next, I looked around, and realized I was above my body. I looked down at it, and clearly saw an energetic cord from the center of the physical body's mid-section, or where the thoracic and abdominal cavities "meet." The cord appeared outlined in an energetic silver, and in the memory of the experience, the color red is discered as "permeating" the visual field. I hovered above myself, still Practicing His Presence and looking at the form of the cord, and I watched as my "arm" reached out before me and touched it. It felt "solid."

The Out-of-Body Experience is Informative
I did not plan or exercise "visualization" techniques within the above meditation. Specifically, what is described above has been called an out-of-body experience, and these occur to me quite often within meditation. As all parts of meditation are learning tools within my mind, I sometimes explore the OBE state out of interest in building structures within self, and am often "led" naturally into this state after practicing the Presence of God for a duration, then suddenly, a "flip is switched," and I am watching something occur before me. Overall, God teaches directly to and through the mind that meditates,
