V - vanquish fear and panic.
Ultimate within this section's instruction,
is the statement, "But miracles work best for those who prepare carefully and do all they can to save themselves" (7).
Included within that sage advice is the preliminary references to "fear as natural" (6),
with each fear determined as assuageable,
via investigation into each one.
This is the healthy process of "appreciation-and-elimination,"
within this dire situation of "behind-enemy-lines,"
which is also the process used in "belief-deconstruction,"
wherein one's "identity" is perceived positively,
as the Living-Reflection of The Presence,
within one's own experiential-Spiritual-perception [INTUITION], or ["E.S.P."].
Please pause and notice your breathing...
Now, continuing with "The-Following" ~
Also included in this "vanquish fear and panic" section, is reference to pain-perception,
and how this may cause one to panic. In my many years of running,
I have had to push through that physical pain-perception, and within that training,
the realization of existence beyond the physical, is made real. This is useful to know.
You see, there is an "omnibulilcal-cradle" created within the consciousness' experience,
when one pursues a singular activity, such as running.
In running, jogging, or even walking ~ the mind is allowed to wander, within the framework of increased endorphins,
decreased hunger, increased energy, joy, elation, positivity... and this list of "good-things" is worthy of notice.
That said, the consciousness that runs is somewhat "hypnotized" by this "rocking" or "cradling" of free-association within the
physical-rhythm, and that pain-perception, often wanes to nothingness ~ or in other words, one has "moved-through-it."
This "moving-through" pain-perception,
can be re-created without the physical exercise movement,
within one's own "first-focus,"
via kriya-breathing, if injured or experiencing stress.

Lastly-noted, is "planning your escape."
Strategically, what is imparted, is to do whatever necessary,
especially that which will calm you within your planning and waiting.
Literally, it is emphasized to keep your mind engaged and observant within all moments.
Prayers, affirmations, or simple secret devotional actions, are vehicles of possibility for calming within this situation (7).
Overall, although I laugh and joke about "my own Spiritual survival" ~ it is only because the world can seem... via the media ~
and sometimes "live-outside" ~ like I am "behind enemy lines." But I take great comfort in knowing that the "organization" of our nation,
contains the ARMY, NAVY, AIRFORCE and MARINES <<<~~~ who are our brothers and sisters, our friends and neighbors, and our grandparents and children.
And they are in service to the maintenance of freedoms, of which this writing is an example...
So now I will sign-off, with that last thought, and for some reflection time about what really is important.
