[~O~] FIRST-FOCUS [~O~]

"Paying close attention," 
means, 
having no expectation, 
within an unaffected-gaze beyond your "self," 

which means, 
that corollary-architecture of "you," 
that is your-own heart's reaction, 
is the stuff-worthy of expression, and retro-active examination, 

as it does reveal all of your-own dimensions, 
 ~ that when investigated-reflectively ~ 
 ~ as a reference for your-own growing humanity ~ 
informs "more-than" "you" would have known about "you" ~ first-hand-intuitively.

I mean, 
when you first-sit with God in devotion, 
you are seemingly all-alone within a room, 
prepared to meet your-maker with all "good-intentions," 

but then "you" says something within your-own cranium, 
and an ego-presents-itself as "a-commentator," 
telling you something-like "this is all hogwash," 
and you are suddenly-presented with a new choice-to-make, 

of "Should I first-sit devotionally? 
or go play Call-of-Duty?"

And now that I see intuitively that you are smiling, 
and enjoying the rhyming, 
just take-a-second and remember, 
that God is Present Everywhere, 

and that the play that you do choose to deploy, 
be it God-Within, or that Call-of-Duty, 

your-advancement toward-understanding God, 
is dispersed in the time-limit of your-very-own "right-now" incarnation, 

so to fully-know for your-own sanity, 
what "you" really do mean to your-own "me," 

~ or for whatever reason that is meaningful to "you" ~ 

sit-still with God,
until you-do devotionally see-through, 

that bull*8&7^ worldly-dispensery, 
of unceasing and constant noise-filled proclivity, 
and-instead, just sit-still peacefully, 
and fill your-own mind with affirmation's-of-peace. 

And then do your-own deciding, and make that decree, 
of this is the "you-who" that I will-now-play, and seem to be!

Please note the following: 

Affirmation: n. An affirmation is a statement or proposition that is declared to be true. Through the use of it, the consciousness assists itself in building spiritual perceptual constructs (see glossary). In this way, spiritual growth toward the perception of spiritual matter is enhanced, as the mind internalizes the spiritualized thought within its subconscious self. 

By filling the conscious and subconscious parts of oneself with the spiritualized thought, growth is made toward the perception of synchronistic aspects of the higher Spiritual Reality that are related to it. Overall, the affirming mind literally assists itself spiritually, by changing its orientation from outer concerns to inner ones through the use of affirmations.

Remember that a basic spiritual premise of this entire website is the comprehension of living in acceptance of ~~~>>> That ( or "God") <<<~~~ which is "Beyond-Belief."
An affirmation functions in this realm of Beyond-Belief constructs, via repetition naturally, while looking up devotionally.

Beliefs are individual, polarized "thought-patterns" that are composed of both positive and negative polarities within thought constructs, or thought-matrices. 
We shoot higher than "belief" - That is, we shoot Beyond it.  

In that location within oneself, 
one will find the Holy Spirit waiting-Presently, 
in-all-ways for thee sanctifyingly,
​so it is helpful to bend that ego's knee unceasingly. 

[~O~] Use An Affirmation of Peace [~O~]

So now that I see you will try to "do it," 
what you've got to know before, 
is to shut that bedroom door, 
and do whatever is necessary physically, 
via stretching your-own musculature kindly, 
to prepare the musculoskeletal energy, 
to be evenly-distributed within your-cranium and body simultaneously, 
and pleasantly.

​And, now that you are following, 
find a comfortable first-sitting position, 
(and I also light a candle and some incense), 
proactively-deciding to relax-completely, 
as you sit with your spine straight - none of that bending - 

with your jaw parallel to the floor, 
or however you prefer, 
as long as your spine is straight and relaxed-some,
and not touching anything. 

And then deploy the following affirmation, 
changing it as you like so it suits "you," 
to make your-own point to "you," 
about what "you" should actually do.

[~O~] An Affirmation of Devotional-Direction [~O~]

As I look-up-through my-own spiritual-eye, 
I will not be sly. 

Instead I choose to first-sit-devotionally, 
and know the cosmos as my-own humanity, 

and within that visionary-telescope, 
that is my-own first-focus-through, 
whatever presents to my "you,"

of the galaxies-of-possibilities, 
That-Beyond will make a literal path-for "me" existentially,
delivering "me" every-moment that I live,
to the Realization Beyond-and-Within,

my-own Divining-Compass of Intuition,
​
That-is Revealed through the veil-of-cognition,
and Beyond the sea-of-inner-derision, 
To That's Sanctifying Spiritual-Prescription, 
of Revelation-Now within-upon-and-through my-own cranium.
